Southridge Stars Skills & 3-on-3 Spring Program
This spring, Southridge Stars is offering a high-value program built to give players meaningful development time on the ice in a format that is both competitive and game-relevant.
This program gives players the best of both worlds: dedicated skill development and real game play in the same ice time. Instead of choosing between a practice session and a game environment, players get both. The skill portion helps build habits and confidence, while the 3-on-3 portion gives them the chance to use those skills right away in a fast, competitive setting. With more space, more puck touches, and more action, players stay engaged and continue developing every time they step on the ice.
Each 60-minute session is intentionally structured to maximize development:
